Allspice:

The Allspice berry grows from an tropical evergreen tree. The Mayans were known to use Allspice as an embalming agent & to flavor Chocolate. It wasn’t until 1621 that the British named the berry “Allspice”, due to its strong aromatic flavor & combined it with aromas of Cloves, Pepper, Cinnamon & Nutmeg in their recipes.

Clove:

Clove has ancient roots. Clove oil is derived from the brown flower buds of the Clove tree, and has a spicy and pungent scent reminiscent of autumnal comforts.

Cassia Cinnamon:

The deep, rich scent of Cassia is derived from the bark of the Cinnamon Tree, and is one of the most ancient spices in human history, mentioned in the Torah and Ancient Egyptian texts. In fact, it is likely that the cinnamon referred to in the Bible is in fact, Cassia.
